What is a credit?
A credit is what an employer spends to unlock a candidate's full profile. When you find someone interesting through AI search and they accept your access request, one credit is deducted from your account. Think of it like a key — one key opens one door.
When exactly does a credit get used?
You need at least one available credit to send an access request to a candidate, and it is deducted immediately when you send the request. However, if the candidate declines or doesn't respond, that credit is fully refunded to your account.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset with each billing cycle. If you're on the Starter plan with 30 credits per month and only use 20, those remaining 10 don't carry forward. We recommend choosing the plan that best fits your actual hiring volume.
Can I buy extra credits mid-cycle?
Currently, credits are tied to your subscription plan. If you consistently need more, upgrading to the Pro plan gives you 100 credits per month along with priority support and advanced features.
What does the $29 seat add-on cover?
It's a one-time fee to add another team member to your company account. Once they accept the invitation, they get full access to your shared talent pool, open positions, and candidate conversations.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, anytime. Annual billing gives you a meaningful discount compared to paying month-to-month, and you can switch at checkout or by reaching out to our team.
